Deliveries & Returns

As soon as we get your order, its sent straight to the warehouse for packing. Our aim is to get your order processed and out of the depot in super quick time (5 days max, but the majority of our customers receive it within 1-2 days!) If you need us to expedite your delivery, please let us know and we can arrange for next day. We can deliver on weekends if required. If you have a problem with your delivery, damaged good etc. please let us know immediately so we can sort it out.

Delivery Delays

On the odd occasion your delivery might be delayed - we will always let you know. We cannot account for adverse weather conditions or acts of God that possible delay things, so we ask that you bear with us, safe in the knowledge that your order is really important to us and we will do our up most to get you your products in time! All we ask… If we get it wrong, give us the chance to put it right!


Invoices are sent out separately



At CherryBean we are proud of our excellent customer service and make every endeavour to keep that human touch! So rather than ploughing into loads of legal jargon and complicated stuff if things go wrong this is what you do!


Damaged Goods

We package up our products well, so damaged goods should not happen. If however on the rare occasion they turn up damaged and unusable let us know! Email or call us within 3 working days of receiving the goods, we will arrange a courier to collect them and we will replace the item.


Wrong Order - we get it wrong!

Firstly if we get it wrong - SORRY! We use humans not robots at Cherrybean and sometimes we make mistakes! However we will put it right. We will arrange a courier to collect the item and replace it or credit you the cost.

Sorry we cannot accept any responsibility for incorrectly ordered products, but we will do our best to make it right for you. If you are unsure about the suitability of a product for your machine, you can ask our technical team who can advise. We will also send you sample stock so you can try before you buy! If you get your order wrong, do not worry. Call us as soon as you realize. If the order has not left the depot, we can usually make the necessary changes. If your order is on its way..oops too late! We will arrange a courier to collect the wrong item (sorry this bit you have to pay for) and when we get it back (as long as it is not damaged) we can then credit your account and you can re-order the right goods. If you get your order and its wrong, please let us know in 3 working day of receipt of products and we will sort it out for you!
